Location. The Artesse Hotel in Prague in the Czech Republic is located in Prague's picturesque Mala Strana area, on the left bank of the Vltava River, one and one half kilometers from Charles Bridge. Expert Tip. The Pet?ínská rozhledna (Pet?ín lookout tower) is located in the Artesse Hotel's neighborhood, Mala Strana. This 60 meter tower resembles Paris' Eiffel Tower, but is only much shorter. On a clear day, it affords good views of Prague. It is open during the weekends only.
