From the Ruzyne Airport: A taxi service is available.
If you do not wish to take a taxi from the airport: Get on bus No. 119. Get off at the end station near metro Dejvicka "A" Line. Take the metro and cross over at the station Museum (from "A" Line to "C" Line), just one station (I.P. Pavlova) and get off. After you get off the main escalator take the exit on the left - walk a few meters down - cross the street and turn into the Sokolska Street.
