The Mandarin Oriental Prague features views of baroque churches and medieval spires and is housed in a 14th century monastery set on the banks of the Vltava River, 500 metres from the impressive Prague Castle. Prague Ruzyne Airport is 20 kilometres away and takes around 30 minutes to reach by car. Hotel Features. Expert Tip. Prague Castle, 500 metres from the hotel is the biggest ancient castle in the world. The castle buildings represent virtually every architectural style of the last millennium, including the gothic St Vitus Cathedra, the Romanesque basilica of St. George, a monastery and several palaces, gardens and defense towers. Most of the castle areas are open to tourists.

Getting there. The hotel can arrange transport to and from the airport (surcharge). Registered taxis are available from a stand located in front of the arrivals hall and fares to the hotel cost around 18 EUR. Minibus stands are also located in front of the arrivals hall. Bus service 119 runs from the airport to Dejvickß, the nearest metro station to the airport and located at the end of line A; journey time is about 20 30 minutes.
