Location. The Orea Hotel Pyramida is located in Prague, Czech Republic, 800 metres from the Strahov Monastery, one kilometre from the Loreta, and one kilometre from Prague Castle. Trams runs from a stop in front of the hotel to Prague centre. Hotel Features. This is a modern hotel situated in a quiet area of Prague. Expert Tip. The large white Strahov Monastery was founded in 1140 by Prince Vladislav II and it looks down from Petrin Hill over Mala Strana. It offers a chance to quietly meditate, or an opportunity to visit its famous library. Located in the theological and philosophical halls, it is over 800 years old, and despite being ransacked by invading armies, it still holds over 16,000 books.

From Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG): Distance to Orea Hotel Pyramida is 9.5 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Registered taxis wait outside the Arrivals hall and cost 21 EUR to the hotel. The hotel offers a limousine service. Contact the hotel in advance to request transportation on arrival. Bus no 19 runs to Metro Dejbvicka and fro there, take bus no 217 to stop Malovanka. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Tram number 22 connects the hotel to the city centre and also to Malostranka metro station. Prague's historic centre is compact and easy to explore on foot, as many roads are pedestrianised. There is an efficient and inexpensive public transport system, including trams, buses, metro, and a funicular railway. Tickets are available from tobacconists, stations, and many hotel reception desks, and can be used on all modes of transport. Five of the major metro stations have information offices, with schedules, maps, and directions.
